i have a created an extension XXXX. i can call the extension internally but i can't call it from external and it is in the range that the ISP provided for me.
Can you provide some details about what system you're using, software level etc?
Do you have any number translation (NUTRI)?
Do you know what is being sent from the line provider to the switch, how many digits of the dialled number?
im using DNA server 5.6. And yes we do have NUTRI but the number is not there. it was in my free extensions so i initiated it as a digitgal number. Using WinFiol-MD110. i can call it internally but i cant externally it says No circuit or channel available from my mobile and congested from my extension. please help
