I would like to know is there anyone here that would not mind helping to get the program "Perlfect Search" up and running on my site?

I have already uploaded it but I am not in the knowing as to how to run the program nor how to work with perlscripts. I would greatly appreciate all the help. It is called "Perlfect Search."
