Help with WebSphere Installation with AIX 1

I need help with the installation of WebSphere with AIX
I'm new to Unix and needs help on how to move application into production.
What are the key things to do and know

You might want to try the redbooks. There is really too
much to discuss to really give it justice.
I would also do the readme that came with the product.

Thanks AIXqueen ! but I already have most of the rebooks on WebSphere etc... but none would actually discuss the process of moving into production.

Am I wrong ? If so please advise on which particular redbook book to read.
I know the basic things to do but it seems too easy to be true..that's why I wanted an experienced person to mentor me
