First you must put the 2 voicemail ports (ext 78 and 79) into hunt group 7. I think the programming code is #505. Then dial intercom 777 to access it. The admin mailbox is 0#, password 1234#.
The way it set up right now is. when somebody calls and there is no ans for 4 rings it goes directly into the voice mail. When you hit 0 it transfers you to extension 10. If you dial any other extensions it will still send you to voice mail on extension 10. How can i set up so everybody would have their own voice mail.
In the menu programing go to "selector code" modify "1" to be a "direct extension transfer" this will send calls to extensions starting w/ 1X. Do the same for "2" if you have exts 2X and same for 3 ect.....should work for you...
