Help with Verifying Licenses on ADI

I've got a install in the AM and the licenses that were registered with the IPO are showing as invalid. I can't acess the ADI site so I was hoping maybe someone can verify what I have on file against the Dongle number 5114115.

I can post the serial numbers I have or PM them which ever is easier/ safer

ADI says you have the following - does that match?

The ly onlisted licenses in the system are the Upgrade to Pro and a VMPro 4-port. However they both show as invalid.
This system was a turnback from a client that went out of business whom we originally sold the system too but they did their own maintenance so I don't know what they might have done with all of the licenses.

I don't know if my only option is to reach out to Jenne in hopes of getting the licenses or what.

LRB, If its a 500v1 You have, and it's on R5, then the IPO STD UPG TO PRO licence will show invalid, as it is no longer needed on R5, only R4. If You are staying on R5, make sure You have R5(26) which is the latest release.
If Your going to upgrade to a Higher release, you will need an upgrade licence!

171991 Should give You 4 ports VM pro, prehaps the key was was changed was entered in wrong in the IP Office!
Delete, and Re enter the key once you get it for 171991, then enter key for 174459, and You will have 6 ports VM pro!

I ended up taking AndrePa's advice and upgraded the system to R5(26) from 4.2 eliminating the license issue altogether.
Still have to get the licenses verified though.
