Help with Template Item please

Hi Guys, Hope all is ok with you all.

I'm an IT Admin and I'm not really into flash but I wish to make a small flash website for a friend who will open a cocktail bar soon.

I downloaded a Flash template from templatemonster.com.
I started modifying the text to the way I want it.

I got stuck when I wanted to change the Address/Phone in the ABOUT/CONTACT Section. Can you please tell me how to do that?
The part I need to change is the address where it says 'CAMBRIDGE ...'

I can't find the address anywhere in the items list.

I can't even get to see a contact form...

But that said, the address is in a dynamic textfield on layer 38 (second frame) in sprite 499 in the Library.

Double-click sprite 499 in the Library and you should be able to edit it.
