Help with setting up a parameters 1

I need to setup a query and have a parameter that asks for a last name, and when the name is entered it only pulls up the information for that person only. I created a parameter but when I enter a last name it pulls up all people, not the person specifically entered in the parameter.

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Hi
I would put
[Enter Last Name: ]
on the Criteria line in the column showing Last Name. You can untick it if you do not want it to display. I would take out this line from parameters.
