Well what I need to be able to do is to print half of a design in CorelDraw x4 and then print the other half separately, without having anything move.

I could put a white square and remove the stroke line on it, the only problem is that these designs need to be printed onto clear plastic paper

Are you printing the two halves on different sheets, to get a final result that is twice the size of each sheet?

If so, one answer is "tiled output" which you can select at print time.

Printing on clear plastic paper makes very little difference so far as CorelDraw is concerned, except that the white of your background and any white objects you place on it will be transparent rather than white. Except possibly if you have a special printer with white ink in it, but that would be pretty unusual.
