There are a couple places that you can check at. The one that you can check first is under f 982 and make sure the attnd is set to the ext that you want to be the zero phone.
No. 221 is the extension called when internal users dial 0. If the dial 0 should be another extension, change it under D-dial1: Intrnl as Wayne suggested. F982 is the dial 0 extension for the auto attendant. Also change it there if it should be another extension.
Should be set to the extension you want "0" to go to. If you are 221 and internal 1 is set to 221, when ever anyone presses the intercom button then a "0" it will come to you.
Is your trouble from internal people dialing "0" or when people call from the outside?
If from outside: F982 is one place to look, however the table settings for ATDT override this one. So you need to check the table configuration of the auto-attendant as well.
Internal: it is as previously decribed by silver987 and exsmogger.
In trying to relocate extensions I somehow managed to mix 2 extentions together. Now when a call comes into the office it rings at my desk (221) and at ext 223. How do i undo this?
Also need to make sure your the target attendant for all other voice mail boxes. If a caller lands in voice mail and presses 0, they go to you. This is done inside each mail box F981.
