Help with Norstar Phone System

I have a Norstar phone system. (I'm extension 25) The phone that I use is old and the buttons are not working properly. When I try to switch it with another phone in the office (extension 24),the phone does not operate at my desk location with my extension of 25. It is still being considered X 24.

How do I fix this problem? I've read other info online and it mentioned to go into "system programming" and choose a feature. The feature that it said to chose, we do not have. The only menus that I have within system programming are:
"Auto attendant, Fax DN & Hospitality".

Please help.
