I know that we can not discuss passwords on site. Could someone contact me on how to change 9997 mailbox password. Customer was trying to get to general mailbox messages and they used 9997 instead of 9991 and they locked the mailbox out. Site is 2 hours away from my office and if someone could help me with procedure on resetting password remotely it would be greatly appreciated with these gas prices. Thanks in advance!

Help with locked out admin mailbox on 007MLM

If you are familiar with the normal password changing procedure in the Voice Mail system, you would simply call into the system and login as the Administrator. Go through prompts and I believe prompt 5 lets you change the Admin password. Good luck. Let me know if this works.

you have to go through the 9997 mailbox to get to admin so that wouldn't work, I would think the merlinman can help I have no idea how to get into these when the mailbox is buggered up except through the serial port but you might want to try a reboot and then try logging in, can't harm (hopefully).
