help with loading text in flash file 1

i need to automate the text here so that each time i update the resume, i don't have to physically format the text (ie. bold, spaces, etc)

is there a way i can have the end result look like the contents of each page show up as it is now, with a text file automatically being turned out like this? i am tired of having to do the formatting each time. and the scrolling i also have to redo.

hello...i had a family tragedy and am now dealing with the xml file... please see what i have done...i need for this to look like this website as much as possible:
