Help with international dialing

In order to setup international calling is it a matter or setting the NCOS on the phone set or the class of auth code?

Or both?

Anybody have a table that shows what NCOS & class of auth codes give what access?

You set that up as you want it. Just make it higher than the "general" NCOS/FRL you have. 011 SPN, the RLI for 011 should require a FRL high up, make the MFRL higher than that. Set the authcode to the MFRL. Set level NCOS will not matter, authcode NCOS will override it.
