Help with iMail 7.15

I have iMail Server version 7.15 running, and due to excess spamming coming from my server, my ISP shut down my SMTP access. I have redirected my MX record to an outside Mail server. My question is how can I get Email off the Imail server now that I have changed my MX record. Is there some of utility??? I can;t use SMTP because my ISP has stopped my access. Any help would be appreciated.

I know I should upgrade, but we are in the process of phasing out this server.
