Help with Hunt GHT NOT Installed 1

I am looking for help on this.

I am working with a Nortel Option 11c unit

Version: 2111
Revision: 25
Issue: 15

When I go to LD 18 to start a GHT I get an Error SCH8817 - PLDN Package is unequipped.

Here is the issue at hand can the PLDN be equipped and how or a short term workaround is to built a hunt style another way.

I am having to hunt 6 desk 2616 phones and then if no answer sending to a 7th extention to forward out to an answering service number.

So the hunt by LD 20 would not work unless I hunt 3 phone with a dummy forwadred between each set which would eat up alot of phones.

Idea's Since I am stumped on this one.

Try putting the number on each of the phones as an MCR key then anyone that is available will answer. With a hunt group you cannot forward out of the PBX anyway. To get the MCR to forward, build it on a dummy phone which is call forwarded off site.
