I am somewhat of a novice with this system, so I don't know if I can do this myself or not, but I do know some basics and this problem seems like it shouldn't be that difficult. Basically I have a remote location that has less than five employees and they are using a different phone system altogether. In the past this system was set up to automatically forward the direct numbers to an outside number. In other words normally the direct numbers are 828-2XXX where XXX is the extension. Internally, it acts just like having the phone forwarded to an outside number. If you dial the extension from sa ring, you get forwarded to the remote number, but if you dial using sa voice, you just get an error tone. I have been able to reproduce the effect by setting up a phone to forward to an outside line, but it only works if that phone is set up with that extension. If I move the extension off, it stops working. I know these others are set up without having a phone that is forwarding it. I'm sure you need more information, but if anyone can help I would really appreciate it and I will try to get whatever information I can to help. Thanks!
