Help with form: Couldent update, currently locked

I have a form with a tab control on it - there are 4 tabs. I know that there are no other users connected to the database and when I try to do design changes on the form it will not save and I am getting the error "Couldent Update Currently Locked".

What does this mean? can I get around it?

I am using access workgroup manager.The form opens and saves ok in form view

It probably means that your database is opened. Otherwise try again after removing the lockfile.

The database is only opened by me. Can you explain what you mean by removing the lockfile?

I get the same error sometimes, and all I need to do then is close the database, remove the lockfile (this file is always created when you open the database) and try again. I hope that does it for you as well ;-)
