I need help in making this calculated field work. I'm trying to format the result of this calculation to show with one decimal. Help would be greatly appreciated.

WEEK OH QTY: Format(Sum([Yogurt Report]![BILL OH QTY]/[Yogurt Report]![FCST QTY]"0.0"))

Thanks,
RookieDBO

RookieDBO,

It looks like you might need to put a comma before the "0.0".

I'm still getting an error message "wrong number of arguments". Anymore suggestions?

Thanks,

Hi!

Try this:

WEEK OH QTY: Format(Sum([Yogurt Report]![BILL OH QTY]/[Yogurt Report]![FCST QTY]), "0.0")

One last thing to note, if [Yogurt Report]![FCST QTY] is ever 0, this expression will produce an error.
