Help with error code 1

Could not find this error code to resolve.can anyone help. The port is the VAL board which seems to be fine.Thank you for your anticipated help.

The board is running a ping test and the test failed. This could be because you have icmp disabled on your network router interface. Avaya likes to use ping tests to verify communication.

You can find the error codes in the Mainenance Alarms manuals. You may have to pull a newer version such as CM6.0 to get a full list of all the error codes.
