Hello Everyone,

For the past few days I've been trying (without any luck) to set CRTOD for a particular phone set. Reading through the guide everything seems very straight forward. I've used LD 15 to set a time of day schedule (in military hours) which is assigned to one of 4 available schedules. I then go to my digital phone in LD 11 or 20 and make sure I have the class RTDA and RBDA on the set. ADAY and ARTO are both set to the correct schedules from my LD 15 config. I also have my alternate FDN value set (AFD) as well as my alternate Hunt (AHNT) value. When I test, the phone never rings to the alternate DN despite my schedule being set for a 24 hour span. I'm wondering if I need to do something else in LD 15 RDR_DATA block? My config can be found below. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I can't get to the phone to forward no answer to the alternate FDN number, it always go voicemail (in my example 3450).

Go to page 260 in the aattached file.
I think you have missed off the other forwarding conditions such as

AFD xxxx Alternate Call Forward No Answer DN up to 13 digits.
Remove by setting CLS = RTDD.
AHNT xxxx Alternate Hunt DN up to 13 digits. Remove by setting CLS =
RTDD.
AEFD xxxx Alternate External Call Forward No Answer DN up to 13
digits. Remove by setting CLS = CFTD or RTDD.
Requires Call Forward by Call Type Allowed (CFTA) Class
of Service.
AEHT xxxx Alternate External Hunt up to 13 digits. Remove by setting
CLS = CFTD or RTDD.
Requires Call Forward by Call Type Allowed (CFTA) Class

Hi. Thanks for the reply , but isn't that what I've set already? If you look at the highlighted pieces of config in configuration you will see that the classes are set as well as AFD and AHNT. Just incase I have set hunt and forward no answer for external as well, but it still doesn't work. I've just tested and still my test phone goes to voicemail and not any of the now 4 alternate DNs. here is what the phone config looks like now...LD 15 RDR_Block Data is still the same as previously posted.

Thanks again for looking at this with me. If HBTA is required then unfortunately I may not be able to use these features. I get an error message (see below) when attempting to add the class and clearly I don't have the package for that feature. I noticed that HBTA is mentioned in the guide for group hunting. It doesn't sound like that class should be required unless you plan on using the group hunt feature. I've found a few examples of working CRTOD configurations on the web and the CLS HBTA isn't set on their phones. The most basic setups only have RTDA class along with AFD and AHNT DNs defined.

Have you tried using CRT0 and DAY0 instead of CRT3/DAY3?
Just speculating that the system is looking for something in the first entries to confirm that the feature is enabled even though the book doesn't say that.

I did use CRT0 and Day0 as well. That still resulted in the calls not routing to their alternate no answer and alternate hunts DNs.
