Help with COM

Being fairly new to the VC++ environment, and there being no way out, I have to start coding COM. I have a conceptual and theoretical knowledge of/about com. If any of you guys, who have passed thru the same phase, migrating from core C++ to MFC, STL and COM can suggest me some links, articles so that I can quickly do a thing or two using COM, it will be of gr8 help.
