Help with CMS on 3500 switches

To all,

I have 3 switches (1) 3508g, (1) 3548 and (1) 2924 and tried to setup a cluster. After making the 3508g the command switch and trying to add the others as members there are no switches to add and the topography view has only the 3508g. Anyone have a suggestion as to what I may be doing wrong.

3508g and the 3548 have IOS c3500-c3h2s-tar.120-5.WC5
2924 has c2900XL-c3h2s-mz.120-5.WC3a

3508g is connected to 3548 with ws-x3500xl gigastack modules and the 2924 is connected to the 3548 with a crossover cable. Each switch has its on ip address on the same network and they all have the same password.

are they have same management vlan. make sure this before connecting to each other.
