Help with Caller ID

I have a Nortel BCM with version 2.5 software installed.

Does anyone know how to get the callers name and number to appear on the phones? This was working prior to a complete software re-install.

We have the 8 Port CLID Media Module with 8 standard analog lines. I have connected a call diplay phone to each line and confirmed that the Caller ID information is being sent by the Telco.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to telco features under each set. Make sure all the settings under there are set.

I have checked the setting for my phone (DN 247)

The Settings under Telco features are set to

First Display : Name
Auto Called ID : Y
Set log space : 10
Available log space : 590

When I call in from my cell phone and select my extension, the phone only displays Line071 transfer

We have a Call Pilot System also, incase that makes a difference.

Well I figured it out.

The Call Pilot was set to ansswer on "0" rings. When I set the lines to "1" ring or more it passes the CLID info.
