Hi All,
I am working on a Magix R4 system, Merlin Messaging R4. I set up two calling groups with call overflow set to 5 sec. targeted to vm (770). If the call goes unanswered, it's basically RNA. The call never goes to voicemail. The two groups are 771 and 772. One has 1 member and the other has two members. They are set to autologin. I have them using DND to "log in & out" to make it easy on them. The hunt is set to least busy in the one group (salesguy is lazy).
Also, can I use group ring in these groups? The reason I am using groups is that this company is starting out, but will expand. I am trying to make future programming easy on them.
