Help with call overflows

Hi All,
I am working on a Magix R4 system, Merlin Messaging R4. I set up two calling groups with call overflow set to 5 sec. targeted to vm (770). If the call goes unanswered, it's basically RNA. The call never goes to voicemail. The two groups are 771 and 772. One has 1 member and the other has two members. They are set to autologin. I have them using DND to "log in & out" to make it easy on them. The hunt is set to least busy in the one group (salesguy is lazy).
Also, can I use group ring in these groups? The reason I am using groups is that this company is starting out, but will expand. I am trying to make future programming easy on them.

Are you certain that when a call goes RNS, that someone is not logged in? Also check the parameters for overflow on calls in queue.

The calls in queue setting is 99. I will try to play with this later.
The frustrating thing is I've done this before. Large brain farts now. Thanks for your reply!

About the group ring question - Group ring in groups will NEVER overflow to voicemail
 
Are you trying to get the group to overflow to AA or to a group mailbox?

Thanks for your answer. The group was set to hunt to the least busy, I changed it to linear to see if that helps. In the training course I had, this shouldn't matter with overflow. Perhaps the R4 is different from the R2.1.

I am trying to overflow to a group mailbox. Sorry, I should have made that clear in my original post. The overflow is set to 770 (voicemail group) and I have a mailbox set up with the same number as the hunt group (771 and 772).
