help with button please

Hi there,

2 things:

First:
I have this movie clip with the instance name of "slot". It contains two key frames with lables called "up" and "over". The "up" keyframe has a stop action preventing it from moving to the "over" lable. How can I tell the main movie clip to gotoAndPlay "over"?? Can anyone help me with the AS please.

Second:
The "over" keyframe contains yet another movie clip with six buttons inside. When pressed these buttons should take you to various external links.

Can anyone pleeeease help!

When does the movie need to go to over? Are up and over buttons? I'm not clear what you're trying to do but I've used _root.gotoAndPlay("over") to play a certain frame of the main movie..
