This is a older version of 25.40B. A few weeks ago x4923 and x4500 were swapped. The hardware was swapped and the programming. Afterwards, their boss complained that she can not see when they are on the phone. So I deleted and readded a BFS key to her phone. She has a add on module. However she still can not see when these two extensions are on the phone. Is there something else that needs to be done so that she can see when these two extensions are on the phone? So far, I have done a stare and compare with other working sets that she can monitor,outted and rebuilt both phones that she wants to monitor, change the phones to MARP. Please note that the other working monitored sets do not have the BSFE cls activated. I am out of ideas as to why she can not see when these two extensions are on the phone.
