I’m new here and a total rookie to BCM element manager. I am using BCM 4.0 and the problem I have is all incoming calls ring once at the operators desk , the caller gets a message that the person you are trying to reach is not available and then the greeting a prompts play. I need all calls to be answered by the auto attendant (play the greeting and prompts) 24 hours a day; I am hoping someone can tell me what I need to do to achieve this.
