If this needs to be moved to a different thread, I understand, please understand I am a novice to this.

So here the low down. I have 2 fire stations that talk to each other through 2 VPN routers. I have a computer that uses RDP to access out reporting software, and I want to utilize the VPN to transfer the database back to the database server. What the heck do I need to do, remember I have very very little knowledge with VPN

Thanks,

Will

You may have already figured this out. A VPN is a Virtual Private Network between to or more points. As long as both sites are seeing each other then you can do what you need. That being said if you need a little more guidance the we need more info.
