Help with a new 4507

I am in the process of getting a new cisco 4507 (sup7's) online.. I tftp'd the IOS we use on all our 4507 models and when the switch reloaded it booted back into Rommon with this message: cisco image not supported on this platform

What are my next steps?

what code file did you try to use? hopefully you hadn't deleted the original file and were still able to boot to it.

Hi,

Here is a Link to recover from what you are experiencing. If, like Lerdalt asks, you haven't deleted the previous image from flash, you can boot from that image and save you some time.
