Help with a NAM and ACD

I am having a problem with the minuet software on an 4.1 NAM.
The problem has to do with the tranfer DN's on the minuet software, everytime I try to transfer calls to the transfer DN it gives me a not in service. I have changed the DN and made sure that the backup dn is working and that i don't have the routing set to night's. Anyone have any ideas on how i could fix this problem.

will only work on a outside line....icom call will not work...you can transfer a incomming/outgoing call not a internal call

Ok working now, thanks for the help. Forgot that i couldn't tranfer a internal call.
