I'M TRYING TO TAKE THE PASSWORD OFF CALL LOG ON 3903 SET AND I'M NOT SURE HOW TO DO IT.

M3903/45 CALL DIRECTORY PASSWORD RESET:
LD 32: CPWD l-s-c-u.
RESETS PW TO 12345678.
Now client can enter their call directory and either
Reset the pass-code or turn the feature OFF

Only value I can add is that the L-S-C-U has to be the FULL address eg:

004 0 02 01 (note all the zeros)

easiest way I found is do the dn print, then copy and paste the TN.

Interesting, I have never had to do it that way DFKSydney. I simply enter the TN like always, eg: 4 0 2 1

It may have something to do with APAC software, or there is a config that is not quite right, but the full TN is the only way I have ever gotten it to work.
