HELP with 0x8007054b error Autoenrollment problem!

Here's the message from my boss' computer!
Windows XP Pro(legal liscence)hooking up on SBS 2003 Server

Description: Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to contact the active directory (0x8007054b). The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. Enrollment will not be performed.

I did what it said on the microsoft web site (

but still has the same ...problem!
I need to fix this or he will have my head on a platter soon!
The other problem is that I am not allowed on his computer to long at a time and needs to be standing over my shoulders...

What can I do???

What happens if you try logging in from the Laptop while the Laptop is in "Safe Mode with Networking"?
