Help w/ multiple ISDN Routes

I have 2 Cisco 1700 routers at 2 different locations (Corporate and Warehouse). These are connected via a Frame connection. On the Corporate router we also have an internet connection which is shared by both sites (corporate & warehouse). On the Warehouse router we have an ISDN card.

I want to setup dial on demand isdn routes to 12 other locations (that have ascend routers already setup), so both sites warehouse and corporate can access the 12 other sites when needed.

Is this possible with the Cisco 1700's I have?
I can't find a way to associate a dialer string with a static route.
