Help w/call screening

Does anyone know if "Call Screening" using VMPro intuity mode is available or a way to set it up. I've discovered Whisper Page and not what users want.
IP0500 V4.2.22
Caller goes to VM and user can hear message and pick up call.
As always, thanks for your help.
 
You can not listen to the message but you can steal the call out of VM by using call steal
