Help ! Users avoiding restrictions on KXTD 1232 1

Hello

I have COS 3 with restricted internationsl calls
COS 4 with restricted Cell networks calls
COS 5 with restricted regional calls ( town calls and internal calls allowed)
COS 6 with account code "verify all
All timers related to CO lines are set to minimum.
Still COS 3, 4 and 5 are overriding restrictions by dialing " 9" and waiting for 5 sec ( six beeps from CO line) and then they dial the desired number.
This overrides all restrictions.
Any body having anny sugestion how to stop this ?

The system is Panasonic KXTD 1232 E ( Twin).
On the COS 3 i have Level 3 os TRS ; 99*** ( inteernational calls) denied
on COS 4 i have Level 4 of TRS : 044***,061***, 08***, 062**** (Cell networks) denied
On COS 5 i have Level 5 of TRS; 0**** is denied
ON COS 6 i have account mode "verify all".

.Note that restriction by EXT. COS program 500 & 501
you also need set-up denied code for levels 2 through 6

Program 301-305 denied code level

program 306-310 excepted code level

Out of interest is this issue accross the cabinets or just related to the master/slave.

The same happens on all extesnions.

BTBZ I need COS 2 without restrictions for the acct code issue so I don't have restrictions on that. I also have no extesnions on COS2.
On my previous post i mentioned the denied code table.
I will check to make the extepted code table,but I don't think it will help because as soon as they get the CO dial tone , they know how to make it sing

Normal Land Lines from Central Office.
CO from 1 to 8 and 13 to 20

I know this response could deserve a slap.
But the system is in the mode you are programming for?!
Ie Night mode hasn't been put on accidently and night COS is set to 1?

Hi folks and thanx for your response.

Local Dealer is a panasonic authorized dealer.
L33byt1 I have day/night mode set automatically . All COS are properly programmed for day and night time.
CWC3 ARS is disabled.

It is somehow weird . I tried also to increase the "first digit timer" ...same thing.
I am out of options and I have no idea how to allow town calls , exept to call teh Central Office and ask them to put restrictions on those lines.
But I don't want to do this for two reasons.
1. This option is expensive
2. I don't want to accept that I failed !

the local dealer needs to get on the line with Panasonic
and see if they can come up with a solution.
you have something really off in programing because
if you hit somthing in that deny table it should
knock you down right there to a fast busy.
