Real newbie here, I have a mailbox that works except it will not record a message it just says goodbye after calling it.

HELP

Would that happen to be partner mail pvm card? (pcmcia)

Log into the mailbox, press 8 for call answer mode, you will probably hear that it is set for "Answer Mode". Listen to the prompts to set it to "Record Mode" and you should be good.
