help urgent!!!!! don´t wing analog telephones

hi, my customer have a Option 81, and the last saturday turn off the rectifiers the system it was working with only batteries, but those discharging very fast, then the last monday the pbx was down, when the system start up, the led´s on the top of each column is on, the check in the ld 37 the system monitor and we can observe this:

PWR016 PFTC 00 0 0
PWR016 PFTC 01 0 0
PWR016 PFTC 02 0 0
PWR001 PWSP 03 1 2
PWR001 PWSP 03 3 2
.
.
.

and the analog telephones don´t ring.

please help me what´s the problem.

Replace the indicated power supply.

look at your power supplies leds. Thats one thing server guys just don't understand these switches are meant/designed to run 24/7 sometimes on a power up the power supplies don't play nice.

Did you toggle the power supplies off, or did the switch just drop?
 
It looks as if your PFTU (Power Fail Transfer Unit) has kicked in, which provides in an Emergency situation such as what you are experiencing a number of extns become direct exchange lines by way of relays and jumpering on your frame.

I suspect you have Central Office Trunks (COT's) on your system and a number of extns on site are now dedicated lines.

I would check in your rectifier breakers and at the bottom of each Column breakers CB0/1/2/3 first and then check there is AC supply to the Rectifiers.

Don't panic the system is operating as it should in these cirumstances.

mmmmm ok i undestand, but then why all the ring generator cards in all superloops look like don´t work, i mean it looks like have only a medium power. it could be a problem with the rectifier or system monitor ?

we don´t belive that all ring generator cards are bad. but in this moment probe a new card.

other part to check????
