Help to shadow from Citrix. 1

OS: Win2K server Sp
Citrix Version: XP
I have a load balanced environment with one farm.
Server-A and Server-B.
I am not able to Shadow my users from Server-A but Server-B is fine.
Both the shadow policies are setup same.

Make sure you have installed the ICA client on both servers.

Did you allow shadowing during the initial set up?

are you getting an error message that you can share?

Did you check your event logs?

Is your resolution + or Higher than the session being shadowed?
