Help to setup jetdirect 500x in open server 5.5

Please can anyone help me about setting up
jetdirect 500x with 3 ports?
I can't find any documentation on the net.
I made the first port to work but I can't get
the ather 2 working...

if anyone has any docs please let me know.

Try to internet search old SCO support Technical Advisory as "T/A # 105327" concerning HPNP and multi;le port assignments. Also, search HP JetDirect support for the 500X. Pay particular attention to any references about the first port. We have it working. Good luck.

I finaly managed to make jetdirect 500x working.... all 3 ports....with your help ....but now I'm having another problem whith it...I have a local network with 100 users in the company that I support...when users now
sending prints to (only) port 2 in jetdirect
it go to the spooler and waits 15 minutes until it prints..... this happens only in port 2......

is it about network trafic or....what?

Do you have any ideas?
