Help to decode CMMap

After a system restart a continuous sequence is displayed on sysmonitor :

14:33:39 2054403mS CMMap: a=8.18 b=0.0 B3

14:33:40 2055403mS CMMap: a=8.18 b=0.0 B3

14:33:40 2056403mS CMMap: a=8.18 b=0.0 B3

What element is affected and how ??

a=8.18 b=0.0 : depends of the chassis IP400, IP401,SOE,IP403,IP406, IP406v2,IP412,IP500v1 or IP500v2.

B0 indicates that either a BUSY TONE, a FAST BUST TONE or an INTERCEPT
TONE has just been turned OFF on the channel.
B1 indicates that BUSY TONE has just been turned ON on the channel.
B2 indicates that a FAST BUSY TONE has just been turned ON on the channel.
B3 indicates that an INTERCEPT TONE has just been turned ON on the channel.
 
Avaya development team or tech support but they won't give it to anyone outside Avaya
