Help! Terminal Already Exists Error - SCH0127

I've been having problems adding new phone sets via OTM on our Meridian 61c. I keep getting the "Terminal Already Exists Error" - SCH0127.

I'm not sure what this is refering to? The TN is free...please help I'm new at this.

IF you are getting the error message from the terminal pass-through overlay window in OTM, then yes - that's coming from the switch. IF it's coming from any other window (Station Administration would be the most likely) then I don't know for sure where that would get it's info. Unfortunately, I don't know much about OTM as I rarely use it but I know there are folks here who can help. Keep those beers cold - I'm sure someone will earn 'em. ;o)
