***Help*** Telphony Services Tree Not Expanding

We have a BCM 400 running 3.6 and I need to make some important changes yet the System configuration tree is not expanding. When I click the expansion icon on Telephony Services the only thing that shows up is the back/restore tool. I restarted the system hoping it would help to no avail. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks

Downgrade the Java version on you management PC

Remove the Jave on your PC and download the Version on the BCM.

there's a patch for BCM3.7 available that will allow to use the latest java version. patch is called: BCM_370.237_UM3.39.003
