Dear all,
Formerly I have a colleague who has a email ken@abc.com. But he left us. Hence, of course his mail database and addressbook were removed.
We have a new colleague who joined us recently, and his email address is ken.tan@abc.com.
However, here comes the problem. All mails that were sent to ken@abc.com were now routed to ken.tan@abc.com. Ken Tan is able to receive his own mails, and he is able to receive mails from the former staff.
Can anyone advise any solutions to stop this routing problem?
Thanks.
Rgds,
briant
