I have a customer with MM MAS 5.2 Exchange Backend on S8800 server. All is working well but I setup SNMP trapping to our Alarmtraq server which is currently working with 5 other inbound connections to IP Offices. I cannot receive the SNMP trap. I see it hit our Firewall from the Public customer IP WAN but doesn't hit Alarmtraq?

Is there a special MIB for MM that is not allowing it in? Any thoughts? Do I need an SNMP agent on the MAS to send out? I see in the event log the trap going out under the Spirit Service to my WAN IP?

Please help......

it must be a setting on your firewall if you see it hitting it and then it does not make it to your server.

KenMeans - We see it hitting our Firewall but it never hits Alarmtraq? I have other SNMP devices (IP Office) hitting fine this way? What can be different?

The firewall may have the IP's of the other systems as trusted and the MM is not ?

I don't know for sure but if you see it hitting the firewall then it is not the MM and something in the firewall or behind it that is not allowing it to get to the AT
