help setting up office for 250 people

I am going to setup a office for 250 user i need to have a good pipe size as i need full Redundancy please help with circuit size and router.

I was thinking 3meg mpls and 2 bonded t1(what do you think) my company use ospf as routing protocol so you help is needed

Is the connection for Internet or just transport to another office? 3megs isn't much for 250 people, Without knowing more I'd go with a fractional DS3 and start out around 10megs, although you need to have an understanding of what it all will cost. Go with a DS3 if you can since as it will give you some freedom to increase or decrease your bandwidth subscription.

its going to be a warehouse. 70 of the users will be pc users. the warehouse users will be going with pick to voice. I was thinking 4.5megs 3 bonded t1 mpls. what size router as my company use ipsec over gre with ospf.company application is on citrix and email is lotus notes
