Help. Schedule a job, output I want to go to PDF 1

I'm using BrioQuery Designer 6.2.3.60. I would like to schedule many reports to run at night, and print to a PDF file. I'm using Acrobat writer 4.

When the job is sheduled it just hangs, nothing happens. When I run it manually and print to Acrobat witer, no problems.

How do I fix this?

I'm assuming that you're using the Brio Broadcast Server. Make sure the that Brio Broadcast Server (BCS) is of the version that is able to export to PDF. The client version on your desktop is not necessarily the same version as that of the BCS. We ran into similar problem. Our users had version 6.6 on their desktop but the BCS was only on 6.0 and did not have the ability to export to PDF. Hope that helps.

Yes it helps, Thanks. The brio Server Administrator version that I'm using is 6.2.3.60. Is this too old?

I believe Brio started to offer PDF exports on version 6.5. Contact Brio for the latest version and then upgrade your BCS. This should solve your problem. Good luck.
