HELP !! router 1750 can't show additional 2fxs

Dear all,
I got the problem when install additional voice card in router 1750 , I'm using vic 2fxs in slot 0 and slot 2
when I boot for first time this router show this interface ..

but.. when I type sh run there is no slot 2/0 and 2/1 ...

and also in slot2 lamp indicator is OK but in slot 2/0 and slot 2/1 light is amber ( busy )

do I have to upgrade IOS ???

note : I'm using C1700-SV3Y-M, Version 12.2(4)T

Your IOS version should be okay, 12.2(4)T supports VIC-2FXS cards. The fact that it displays the 4 Voice FXS interface(s) means that the router IOS knows about them. Have you tried to go into config mode and configure the interface? Interfaces may be amber until taken out of shutdown mode and made active.

i put additional card on slot2, shuld be there is voice-port 2/0 or voice-port 2/1, but when i running "show running-config" it's not there ..
how can i try configure them ???
this is what i tried...

router(config)#voice-port 2/0

Configuring the voice ports is as you have have stated. eg.. voice-port <slot-number/port>

Do a show voice-port to check your interfaces slot/port numbers. If still a problem, then there may be a limitation in your IOS. Do you have a CCO login to download IOS images? If so, it may be worthwhile testing with another IOS version.

i don't have login to CCO ..:-(
but I think there is no problem with IOS, maybe this router just need PVDM-256K-8, i'll buy it .. and i let you u know if this working or not....

Pull the original VIC and if the second one suddenly shows up then you don't have enough DSP support for all the ports. I'm not an expert on this hardware line but you may need an additional DSP or a new &quot;bigger&quot; one.
