HELP! Release 2 Voice Mail Problem!

Hi! Yesterday everything was working fine, and now I can't access my voice mail at all. Normally I hit "Intercom 777", and that accesses my voice mail and now all it does is ring and never picks up. What is going on? The Voice Mail isn't coming on at all!

If this is a Partner Mail VS, rel 3. Is the power light on for the voice mail card?

check to be sure the vm ports are in hunt group 7

If it's PC Messaging R2 (pink PC MCIA card), power down, swap slots and try again. It is not unknown for a slot to go belly up. They are also "lightning fragile", you have any storms in the area prior to failure? If okay in programming and swapping slots has no effect, test it in another CPU to be sure it's dead.
