Help regarding ATM Error

Hai,

I am getting error from the Novell Sever AAL Statistic error on this particluar site using Fore Card and connected to a ATM C100.

Here is the error:

RCV Alloc Failure Largie Bi --> keep incresing
Cell Drops VCI Not Connect
Cell Drops Vci Out off range
A5 PDU CRC Error
A5 Congestion Espires


Can some one help me on this matters, customer is telling us that the error come from the C100.

At first glance I would say you have a memory leakage issue on your c100. There was a similar fault on the fore systems switches where vci's weren't released on a connection being torn down. Eventually this becomes a problem. Other wise the default number of vci's to a nic is 512 and you've exceeded this...have you tried rebooting both ends? this would clear any memory allocation issues!

We have reboot the both end before but the error are still there. At the C100, we have reload it Image. The problem accured after a power trip that kills the UPS connected to both C100. After that this happend.
