Oracle 9i database is a product of internet database system
how about IBM DB2 UDB v7.2, is that a internet
database system ?
any else internet database in the market release by IBM ?

I dont know if there is any real distinction as to "internet database system". Usually with internet websites, you dynamically build HTML on the web server and send it back to the browser. So as long as your web server can access a back-end database, then its job would be to generate HTML consising of the database data and send it back to the web browser via http.
To make a long story short, imho any database system should be accessible from the web as long as your web server can connect to it somehow.
